CONSUMER RIGHTS – WITHDRAWAL – CANCELLATION REFUND TERMS

GENERAL:

1. If you place an order electronically through the website you are using, you agree to the preliminary information form and distance sales agreement provided to you.
2. Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (RG:27.11.2014/29188) regarding the sale and delivery of the product they have purchased and other applicable laws.
3. Shipping fees with product shipping costs will be paid by the seller.
4. Each product purchased is delivered to the person and/or organization at the address shown by the buyer, without exceeding the legal period of 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, Buyers may terminate the contract.
5. The purchased product is delivered completely and in accordance with the qualifications specified in the order.
6. In the event that the purchased product becomes impossible to sell, the seller must notify the buyer in writing within 3 days of learning of this situation. Within 14 days, the total price must be returned to the Buyer.

THE PRODUCT PRICE RECEIVED IS NOT PAID:

7. If the Buyer pays the price of the product purchased or cancels it in the bank records, seller's obligation to deliver the product will expire.

SHOPPING WITH THE ABILITY TO USE CREDIT CARD:

8. After the product is delivered, if it is determined that the credit card to which the buyer pays is unfairly used by unauthorized persons and the product price sold is not paid to the Seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the buyer who receives the damages suffered by the seller from the cargo is responsible for the compensation.

CANNOT BE SUPPLIED DURING PRODUCT TIME FOR UNFORESEEN REASONS:

9. If force majeuration occurs that the Seller cannot see and cannot be delivered during the product period, the situation is notified to the Buyer. The buyer may request the cancellation of the order, replacement of the product with the like, or postponement of delivery until the obstacle is eliminated. THE OBLIGATION OF THE BUYER TO CHECK THE PRODUCT:

No withdrawal rights may be used for non-refundable products, fresh fruits/vegetables, cakes, cookies, disposable products, copyable software and programs, consumables, products that deteriorate quickly or have expired. When an undesirable situation such as crushing and spoiling of fresh fruit/vegetable products is seen, the product packaging should be completely opened and on the day the cargo arrives, the product picture should be taken and forwarded to ELIBELINDETARIM.COM and the problem should be reported in writing. The quantity of products that are not refunded and will not be used will be sent to the customer. In case of dislike of the product flavor, there is no return. It is not possible to return the product delivered within the scope of Covid-19 measures.

DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES:

12. The BUYER accepts, declares and agrees that if the card holder defaults in the case of the payment transactions by credit card, the card holder will pay interest within the framework of the credit card agreement with the bank and will be responsible to the bank.
