When vegetables are grilled, there's something magical that turns into flavors. Grilling reveals natural sweetness in vegetables and makes them even more delicious!

Wash the asparagus and cut the hard parts on the lower ends by 2-3 cm and peel the bottom 1/3 with the help of a vegetable peeler

Cook your asparagus for 10 minutes on barbecue (you can also use a cast grill or cast pan in the kitchen). Jut drizzle with little olive oil or put some butter on, grill and serve!

While barbecue, be sure that you add your asparagus next to what is on the fire!

If you barbecue meat, don't forget asparagus along with it.

If you cook asparagus wrapped in ham or bacon, first drop asparagus into boiling water and blanche for about 1 minute. After cooling, wrap the ham or other deli slices of your choice, one by one, on the spears. Drizzle with little oil on and send to barbecue. Serve hot!
