Drop spears into some boiling water, cover and cook for three to five minutes, depending on the thickness of the spears!

Strain and put on a serving plate. If you want to maintain a vibrant green tone, you can shock the asparagus with cold water before taking it on the serving plate. After cooling, add some minced garlic and salt. Mix the olive oil and lemon juice and drizzle over.
