It is the smallest size asparagus package we have prepared for our cargo shipments.

Our harvest period is in March, April and May, in the spring. 

Each shoot is produced in accordance with the principles of organic production, without the use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides, certified with our respect for our soil and water, our love for all life and our nature, and our belief in sustainable agriculture for the good of the whole.

Our package contains 6 of our 300g bundles. Total It will reach you as 1.8kg.

Our price includes shipping fee.  

We bring you our daily harvest in order of order in the freshness of the field. Our shipping speed and the number of packages we send per day are determined by the speed at which our girls leave the field.

CONSUMER RIGHTS – WITHDRAWAL – CANCELLATION REFUND TERMS

GENERAL:

1. If you place an order electronically through the website you are using, you agree to the preliminary information form and distance sales agreement provided to you.
2. Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (RG:27.11.2014/29188) regarding the sale and delivery of the product they have purchased and other applicable laws.
3. Shipping fees with product shipping costs will be paid by the seller.
4. Each product purchased is delivered to the person and/or organization at the address shown by the buyer, without exceeding the legal period of 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, Buyers may terminate the contract.
5. The purchased product is delivered completely and in accordance with the qualifications specified in the order.
6. In the event that the purchased product becomes impossible to sell, the seller must notify the buyer in writing within 3 days of learning of this situation. Within 14 days, the total price must be returned to the Buyer.

THE PRODUCT PRICE RECEIVED IS NOT PAID:

7. If the Buyer pays the price of the product purchased or cancels it in the bank records, seller's obligation to deliver the product will expire.

SHOPPING WITH THE ABILITY TO USE CREDIT CARD:

8. After the product is delivered, if it is determined that the credit card to which the buyer pays is unfairly used by unauthorized persons and the product price sold is not paid to the Seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the buyer who receives the damages suffered by the seller from the cargo is responsible for the compensation.

CANNOT BE SUPPLIED DURING PRODUCT TIME FOR UNFORESEEN REASONS:

9. If force majeuration occurs that the Seller cannot see and cannot be delivered during the product period, the situation is notified to the Buyer. The buyer may request the cancellation of the order, replacement of the product with the like, or postponement of delivery until the obstacle is eliminated. If the buyer cancels the order; if he paid with cash, he will be paid this fee in cash within 14 days of cancellation. If the buyer made the payment by credit card and cancels, the product price will be returned to the bank within 14 days of this cancellation, but the bank is likely to transfer it to the buyer's account within 2-3 weeks.

THE OBLIGATION OF THE BUYER TO CHECK THE PRODUCT:

10. The buyer will examine the contracted goods/services before receiving them; damaged and reprehensible goods/services such as denies, fractures, torn packaging, etc. will not be received from the cargo company. The goods/services received will be considered to be damage-free and robust. THE BUYER must carefully protect the goods/services after delivery. Goods/services should not be used if the right of withdrawal is to be used. Invoice must be returned along with the product.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

11. No withdrawal rights may be used for non-refundable products, fresh fruits/vegetables, cakes, cookies, disposable products, copyable software and programs, consumables, products that deteriorate quickly or have expired. When an undesirable situation such as crushing and spoiling of fresh fruit/vegetable products is seen, the product packaging should be completely opened and on the day the cargo arrives, the product picture should be taken and forwarded to ELIBELINDETARIM.COM and the problem should be reported in writing. The quantity of products that are not refunded and will not be used will be sent to the customer. In case of dislike of the product flavor, there is no return. It is not possible to return the product delivered within the scope of Covid-19 measures.

DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES:

12. The BUYER accepts, declares and agrees that if the card holder defaults in the case of the payment transactions by credit card, the card holder will pay interest within the framework of the credit card agreement with the bank and will be responsible to the bank. In this case, the relevant bank may resort to legal res elasms; can claim the costs and custody fee to be incurred from the BUYER, and in any case, if the BUYER defaults due to its debt, the BUYER agrees to pay the losses and losses incurred by the SELLER due to the delayed performance of the debt.
