Can a delicious getaway still be healthy?

When there are years of office life habits, late dinners, the consumption of wine as much as I can call "social", of course, white raki tables... Inevitable End: over weight!!! After the 35th, two exercises like that, watch out for three days, and they don't just go away, and it's stuck on me. I quit my professional job and became a farmer, which was the biggest favor I ever did myself! I started the sport and my muscles, which I forgot existed, started working slowly... That's plus points! Working in a field is not just any body activity. When you come home in the evening, you kiss the bed with a great peace of mind!

The most important thing is to have entered the process of restructuring my eating habits!

Because the biggest danger in our village is that the wood-fired bases in the house are layered and carefully absorbed mis butters, natural feeding, accompanied by the appetite opened with fresh air to eat more than before... My greatest physical, emotional, health helper in this regard is the asparagus in my trial field, which I start to consume unlimitedly during the season! Can mate with low calories, high energy and effect on the digestive system!

But I still have a situation that repeats frequently, which is the need for a snack that I can't hit gem..!  If we can't have a little getaway at sunset in the afternoon and get the day's tired, what do I know?

There's a great solution to this. Still nutritious, as well as healthy;)

I've given up deep-oil frying for my favorite Asparagus tempura. At least one out of every three times;)

I kept the babies in their most delicious and light state and put them directly in the oven, until they reached their absolute crispy perfection. The result: Amazing!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 bowl crumbed breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 bowl grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and powdered black pepper
  • 1 bunch asparagus (cleaned*)
  • 1/2 bowl flour
  • 2 eggs (scrambled)

CONSTRUCTION:

  1. Heat the oven to 130 degrees. A piece of greasy paper, lightly lubricated.
  2. Mix crumbly bread and grated parmesan cheese in a large bowl, along with salt and pepper; into a corner.
  3. First put the asparagus in flour, then dingy it into the scrambled egg. Then sning them in the cheese mixture you have prepared so that they are fully coated.
  1. Place the asparagus on a single row of baking paper. Put it in the oven you preheated.
  2. In 10-12 minutes; When you see it turn golden brown and crunish, they'll be cooked.
  3. Serve immediately and warmly.

*How to Extract Asparagus?

Wash the asparagus and cut the hard parts on the lower ends by 2cm. With the help of a vegetable peel, remove the crust from under the flowering parts -- from where you can see that they have thick shells -- to the root part, about the lower 1/3 part.
